Swedish Massage
Swedish (holistic) massage is a relaxing, calming massage, using oils directly onto the skin, which help to reduce stress hormones and increase energy levels. It increases local blood supply and flow helping to nourish the skin and muscles with oxygen and nutrients, and aid in the regeneration of tissue. It helps to relax muscles, reduce pain and inflammation, tension and soreness, and improve lymphatic circulation and drainage, increasing flexibility and range of motion and confers benefits to the immune system, as well as the nervous, circulatory, endocrine, urinary and digestive systems.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage uses slower techniques to work deeper into the muscles to alleviate trigger points, knots and areas of tension.
Oncology (Cancer) Massage
Specialised massage tailored for individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. Sessions are adapted to your needs, helping to promote relaxation, comfort, and a sense of well-being in a safe, compassionate environment.
Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage treats the head, shoulders, neck and face. It is usually administered seated in an upright position and can be performed with or without oils. It derives from Ayurveda techniques, which facilitates the release of tension, helping to induce relaxation and de-stressing.
Seated Acupressure Massage
Seated acupressure massage (chair massage) applies pressure onto acupressure points. It promotes relaxation and reduces tension. This massage is applied through clothing and does not require oils and includes the head, neck, shoulders back and arms.
