What we do
We offer specialist rehabilitation training to those wishing to improve their ability to complete day-to-day tasks, improve strength, balance and confidence.
We understand that neurological illness and injury can be challenging and detrimental to a persons ability to function.
We will discuss your wants and needs, and devise a plan with you to work on your goals. Empowering you to take an active approach to improve your functional ability, whether it be to improve balance, walking, getting up/down from the floor or just getting up from your chair.
Our specialist trainers have additional qualifications specific to neurological illness and injury, including exercise for long-term neurological conditions, ARNI functional rehabilitation and exercise training after stroke, postural correction and moving and handling training.
We work alongside alongside an experienced Neuro Physiotherapist who offers valuable insights.

Our sessions are client led. Everyone is different, and has different needs and priorities. We have clients with a range of abilities, and we will always ensure that you are comfortable and happy with the content of your sessions, working with ‘your’ needs and abilities.
