Why I’m passionate about APS Therapy

My APS journey

I first came across APS Therapy through work when I was offered training on how to use it. I had never heard of it, but I was curious, so I went and completed the training. Work then borrowed a machine to trial, so I took the opportunity to try it out on myself. I was very sceptical that this box could work to reduce pain, but I figured I had nothing to lose. I devised myself a treatment plan to target headaches. I have had chronic headaches and frequent migranes for years, and was taking medication daily to control them, plus additional pain medication as and when required. The medication helped to reduce the amount/severity of headaches but it came with side affects.

So, I completed 6 weeks of treatment 3 times a week and thought that maybe it had helped, but initially was not too impressed, so I stopped using it. But, after a couple of weeks, I noticed headaches returning. It seems that because the benefit was gradual, I had not paid much attention to the improvement. But, as the effects wore off, the pain returned and I became very much aware of how much difference APS had made. I have numerous daily triggers for my head aches so I was surprised to find that it had helped. I began ‘topping up’ once a week or so, and I found this sufficient to keep the headaches down. I can go for around 2 weeks between top-ups but I try to do it once a week. I was gradually able to reduce the daily medication until I was free of it.

Years later, and I am still using APS therapy, I wouldn’t be without it!

Then, about 18 months ago I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and ulnar neuropathy, so of course, I gave the APS ago with that too. Again, it took a few weeks to kick in, but for me it works better than the injections from the doctor. Again, my little box came through for me and it keeps it at bay.

I have also seen APS benefit many other people, with a variety of conditions. Not everyone of course, but most who complete the 6 week initial treatment plan see results, just like me.

APS has been a lifesaver, so if you have pain, my advise is to just give it ago.
